Israel, a country the size of new jersey can only claim to the following achievements:
- Israel was established upon the ruins of another nation that she destroyed: Palestine.
- Israel holds the world record in the number of towns and villages she ethnically cleansed: 500+
- Israel holds the world record in the number of refugees she deported: 4 million +
- Israel holds the world record in the number of homes she demolished: 60 thousand +
- Israel is the country with the highest record of UN condemnation: 500 times +
- Israel is the country with the highest number of protective US Security council vetoes: 100 times +
- Israel has killed more innocent civilians per capita than any other country 50 000 +
- Israel has imprisoned more civilians per capita than any other country: 250 000 +
- Israel has rendered more innocent civilians handicapped per capita than any other country: 50 000 +
- Israel has injured more innocent civilians per capita than any other country: 200 000 +

Any sources to back these numbers up....No I didnt think so. Anyone with an education knows that these number dont even come close to Germany's, USSR, Japan's and USA's.
I have to concur with chosen.
Nazi Germany killed about six million Jews in the Holocaust (and for those who insist there's no such thing--they also liquidated about 2 million Poles and 3 million Soviet POWs).
You're a man of learning: does 50,000 civillian deaths per capita sound remotely credible?

Israel is surely an unpleasant neighbour--and has unpleasant neighbours of its own.
But a lie in the service of a cause is still a lie.

Upon rereading, I see that the "per capita" may just have been added by a writer who doesn't understand statistics.
Still, if the absolute numbers may be taken as correct, then they pale in comparison with, for example, the number of civillian dead in Iraq--even before Saddam Hussein was knocked over.

I truly fail to see your point of view. The fact that Nazi Germany or Saddam Hussein intentionally slaughtered innocents does not make it right or justified!!
Anyway, as far as I know, the numbers used were based on the publications of Dr. Pappe, an Israeli historian and a senior lecturer at Haifa University, published in his books.
But you're right, I should confirm the accuracy myself.
Briefly, my point is that one lie or inaccuracy throws everything else into doubt. Without a foundation, a house will not stand.
In this case, I feel that the most important fact in this list--that Israel has comitted these acts which, had they been comitted by another nation, would be considered criminal, is overshadowed by the author's need to claim that those acts were the worst of their kind, when they weren't.
